Points will be credited to the user’s 8jj Sports account within 7 business days after the winners are confirmed. The delivery time and logistics of physical prizes are subject to actual conditions.
If a prize cannot be delivered or returned due to the user’s personal reasons (including but not limited to incomplete information or incorrect shipping information), it will be considered an automatic waiver, and no replacement will be issued.
