Voucher Conditions

• The Amazon Shopping Voucher is valid only on Amazon.in and can be used only for the purchase of physical products.

• The voucher cannot be used for:

  • Digital products (eBooks, software, subscriptions, etc.)

  • Amazon Pay balance reloads

  • Gift cards or other vouchers

  • Gold, coins, or bullion purchases

  • Any category restricted by Amazon policies

• The voucher must be claimed to an Amazon account before use and cannot be transferred to another account once claimed.

• If the order value exceeds the voucher balance, the remaining amount must be paid using other available payment methods.

• If the order value is lower than the voucher balance, the unused amount will remain in “Your Vouchers” for future eligible purchases until expiry.

• In case of order cancellation or return, the refunded amount will be credited back as a voucher balance according to Amazon’s policies.

• Voucher validity, usage limits, and acceptance are subject to Amazon’s terms and system availability.

The 8JJ Digital Card is a digital reward issued by 8JJ as part of promotional campaigns, contests, referral programs, and user engagement activities.

1. Redemption & Usage

• The 8JJ Digital Card can be redeemed only on platforms and with merchants that support Amazon Pay, subject to their individual terms, conditions, and service availability.

• Card value must be used through Amazon Pay–supported services, which may include shopping, bill payments, mobile recharges, and other eligible services.

• Redemption steps, eligibility, and supported services may vary depending on the platform or merchant.

2. Acceptance

• Acceptance of the card is at the sole discretion of Amazon Pay–enabled merchants.

• 8JJ does not guarantee that all Amazon Pay merchants will accept the card for every type of transaction.

3. Restrictions

• The card is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, bank transfers, or cryptocurrency.

• Once issued, lost, deleted, expired, or misused cards will not be replaced or reissued.

4. Liability

• 8JJ is not responsible for technical issues, service interruptions, downtime, or transaction failures caused by Amazon Pay or any third-party platform.

• Any disputes related to Amazon Pay services must be resolved directly with the respective platform or merchant.

5. Misuse

• Any attempt to misuse, duplicate, resell, manipulate, or fraudulently redeem the digital card may result in:

  • Immediate cancellation of the card without notice

  • Suspension or termination of participation in 8JJ programs

6. Program Changes

• 8JJ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Digital Card program or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
